I see a potential mythbusters episode here… “How many bikers would it take to high-center or stop an SUV?” Try a bunch of different SUV’s, from the little RAV/CRV types all the way up to Hummers and Bowler Wildcats Does the type of bike change the effectiveness, do zoomsplats (sport bikes) fare better than big cruisers? They’d need to make a few more Busters for this as well ---

Does anyone keep track of the ratio between Allred appearing at press conferences for clients in this sort of case and Allred winning the court cases? ---

V), could probably push a downed gangbiker to the side, but would likely get high centered on one bike ---

That pops the front and side up allowing it to clear to the back wheel. ---

In Canada, the norm (with exceptions) is for the court to order the loser of a motion or a trial to pay a big chunk of the winner’s lawyer’s bill. This acts as a disincentive to nuisance lawsuits. ---

The “English rule” (loser pays) is the norm in most of the world. The US is a notable outlier. ---
