My car wouldn’t start this morning (I need a new starter), I got mascara on my shirt in the car when my BF slammed on the brakes at the toll booth, I was 15 minutes late (due to my truck, of course), I got into 2 arguments with said BF regarding the truck, AND they are retarring my roof at work (oh what a HORRID smell). Hmmm, coincidence?? ~J ---

Let’s put it this way: Today will be a LUCKY day for either the Spurs or the Nets. It was a LUCKY day for Jim Furyk. It was a lucky day for thousands of babies born today (like my two new nieces). So, what’s the big deal? EVERY day is lucky for some of us and unlucky for others. ---

Not superstitious but I did a dumb thing today before realizing it was Friday the 13 so I’ll pretend to be superstitious and use that as my excuse. ---

Holy Crap! I didn’t realize it’s Friday the 13th, and I flew a freaking airplane TWICE today. The same damn airplane that lost its electrical system in the middle of a hazy night over KY at 5500 feet. Yikes! ---

Friday the 13th has always been a lucky day for the gals in our family, starting with my maternal grandmother. My daughter said the 13th lost it’s magic today. She is a dental assistant in the Air Force and her first two patients threw up on her this morning. I’m her mother, I cleaned up HER up chuck, I did the unpardonable and laughed when she called to tell me about her rotten day … wonder why she won’t answer her cell phone now? bahahahahaha ---
