I’m imagining it now, thanks to you! It makes sense though. Oh god, it makes a horrible kind of sense that I can’t stop picturing no matter how much I want to. Subtly played, though.

Good call. I noticed the bit last night… but I think you caught something there in the Valentine’s Day episode.

I’m not sure if their D/s relationship has taken a sexual turn yet, as Dwight asked Toby how babies were made. That, and Angela definitely possesses all the qualities of the old-fashioned, repressed, Christian “wait until marriage” type. We already know she looks down on women of loose morals, and considers them sluts.

We know they spend the night together. (“Then in the morning they want you to take them to church, like gas ain’t free man!”)
We know they make out on top of eachother.
We know that Dwight used sexual innuendo while “his animal”.

So if it isn’t interocurse, we can be pretty sure there’s sexuality there.

Pam got a real taste of the anachronism of her relationship with Jim when she realized that she was talking to the air. At the very end of the show, Jim had already left, and she was still talking to him. At some point, it’s going to dawn on her that she can’t have one guy as a husband and another guy as a [del]husband in waithing[/del] friend.

I hadn’t even realized it until I read your post, but you’re right; that was both comic and metaphorical, and it worked beautifully.

I loved that the drunk gets special permission to bring her suspended hellion to Daughter day because he had been suspended!

Another good moment was when Michael introduced Creed and said he is in charge of _something_ and Creed simply agreed.

I have a feeling Creed doesn’t have any responsibilities and no one has noticed.

One of the many aspects of this program that ring true for office workers. Most people know of at least one employee whose actual job eludes them. You always see them, but you can’t figure out what it is they actually do.

I really loved the scene of Stanley yelling at Ryan. Just how thunderous Stanley was. Poor Ryan.

That was funny, especially since Stanley is usually so laid back and calm.

Well, from Dwight’s quote about animals, it’d be even more hilarious if Dwight was a closet S&M furry. As for what Creed does, he probably just sits around and reads SDMB all day.

That was pretty funny. I liked the look on Ryan’s face. You just know that he’d probably been trying to get away from Stanley’s daughter and then Stanley burst in there and ripped him a new one.

I also liked the bit with Jim shaking hands with one kid and pretending that it hurt, and then Dwight not getting it _at all._ He even had to shake hands with the kid to see what it was like, and then ragged on Jim.

😃 Yep.
