I hate Andy (like Ed Helms, want to strangle the character), but I felt bad for him in this episode. Angela’s demands for a wedding location were hilarious, though: 1,000-year-old church in the continental U.S., a rainbow, and a 24-hour vet on call nearby. “Little Drummer Boy” was just the icing on the cake. ---

Couple things I didn’t like: -I don’t buy that Ryan would come back. He was disgraced, his ex works there, he was once their boss-- there’s no way he would come back and be a temp receptionist. Way to much of a stretch to be believable. -I don’t buy that the documentary crew would fly all the way down to Costa Rica to film one scene with Toby. I don’t even buy that the crew would fly down there to continuously document Toby-- he’s no longer in\* the office!\* The office is the documentary, not Toby’s life in Costa Rica! Seems to me that both BJ Novak and Paul Lieberstein couldn’t quite bear to write themselves out of the show, and forced their characters back in a less-than-believable manner. ---

I don’t think Corporate has any idea that Ryan is back. Michael hired him directly through the temp agency. I think Holly is too new to be aware of Ryan’s history, so she can’t do anything. Until he gets to be so intolerable that someone finally drops a dime on him, he’ll sit at reception like a rat in a hole. ---

Can someone fill me in on what happened with Toby? I didn’t catch all of that last scene, only his mumbling something about being in Costa Rica, and a harness not adjusted correctly. ---

I thought it was pretty bad. Not last season-bad, but fairly uninteresting and unfunny. The Pam and Jim stuff that was supposed to be sweet just made me roll my eyes. Proposing in the rain? Really? ---
