I’m just reflecting here - how abysmally awful must it be to get dumped by Michael Scott? I hope they show Jan being even more messed up than usual after this. I mean, Michael Scott, the single most needy, lonely, sexually deprived human being in history, breaks up with your voicemail. Oh, and she knows that the office women watched him leave the message. After that, don’t you just go and leap off the roof without a bouncy castle? ---

Another good line was Pam’s after they found out about Dwight’s new dress code. “Nobody dresses like that” as the camera looks at Pam and then Angela. Loved the bit about Michael and Jan’s sex life. Michael just wants to spoon and cuddle but Jan is a cruel Domme. I would have pegged Jan as someone who TFTB but this is much better. I can’t wait to see where the writers go with this. The woman’s restroom scene was priceless. I used to work at a company of a few hundred people that was maybe 75% men. One time there was a water leak or something in the women’s room and they had to empty it out to repair it. The men were flabbergasted as they pulled out futons, potted plants, lamps, nice cabinets, etc… ---

I thought it was a funny episode. I’m shocked that Michael broke up with Jan. He seemed so giddy following the Jamaica trip. I don’t know it this has been linked before, but here’s an interview Mindy Kaling and Greg Daniels did with Terri Gross back in November.
