Nothing really new about this; athletes are currently allowed to be paid expenses by the USOC. This new regulation allows their coaches and families to be paid expenses as well without it being considered an illegal benefit.

Anyone been to Boise for a game? I’m kicking around the idea of going for the FSU vs Boise game. Does the city sell out for football? They still have that blue field? I assume Boise fans aren’t like Miami ones and I’m not risking my life wearing FSU stuff.
