All right, I while back I mentioned I was getting hooked on crosswords, in a big way. Now, the Sunday edition often takes me a week to work out. I thought it might be cool to work it over the Dope. Any takers? What did you get for 120A? ---

IIRC, in other threads discussing the Sunday NYT crossword, we’ve found that some of us get the puzzle from papers that are a week behind what New York and other cities get. Maybe it would be an idea to post the puzzle title so there’s no confusion. ---

It is now a week later, and today my paper carries the NYT Sunday Crossword that, I assume, appeared last week in the NYT, since it’s an Oscar-themed crossword. Since those “masturbatory ‘I am so smart’” threads get so much flak, I won’t tell you how long it took me to solve, just that this was one of my quicker ones. It’s a fairly easy puzzle _if_ you have some knowledge in the area of the theme. For 120A I got SPASMS
