In your opinion what is the one true religion? I say Christianity and that all others will burn in Hell for all time. But that is just my opinion. ---

I say it is Santanism, ala Anton LeVey style. Why you ask? Because Santanism does not recognize a supreme being. It is a religion of humanity by humanity for humanity; therefor far more applicable to life and living than a belief in god or goddess. ---

Is this a joke thread or something? I’d just like to point out that “true” is to “religion” what “tasty” is to “north,” that is, irrelevant and not on the same plane. ---

Is this for real? Hasta be one of the touchiest subjects ever. Yeow. Personally, I think there’s No Such Thing, especially once you start getting into the politics and histories of . . . er, a major religion I studied (I won’t name names, cause I wish not to offend folks). Then they start to look kinda mean. I like animism myself. Dunno if that’s classified as a religion or a belief structure, tho. Whatever. I like it because it predates the Agricultural Revolution. I like my roots, heh. ---

IMHO all religions are fairy tales; the result of wishful thinking, false positives on the connection-detector, and leaders using it as a useful way to control the populace (for both good and bad) and to gain wealth and power. ---
