I ate PB&J sandwiches to school for lunch every day from first to seventh grade. I still eat some variation several times per week, although I’ve cut down and made some modifications because I’m diabetic. This morning I had Santa Cruz crunchy peanut butter on Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart cinnamon bread with Polaner zero sugar preserves. When I feel fancy, I use Nuttzo, which is spread made with multiple kinds of nuts. I also use Chia Smash, made from dates and whatever flavor fruit. ---

I’m impressed that even as a child you understood how gross Marshmallow Fluff truly is. I liked it when I was a kid. I wouldn’t touch it now - but if someone gave me a well-prepared fluffernutter, I bet I’d enjoy a few bites. ---
