I think that he is onto something. For instance, Kentucky Fried Chicken, now called KFC, is nothing at all like the stuff we used to get when I was young. The rolls, the gravy, the chicken spices, are only a vague imitation of what used to be. I’m not even sure that it is food anymore. ---
