We all know this.

How helpful is it to regurgitate it over and over?

Get yourself prepped. Grocery up, ammo up. Find a way your family can be closer. Find a friend.  
Join a resistance group. Don’t know one, start one.  
Do something that helps.

Bitchin’, moanin’ and gnashing your teeth are all for nought.
