Did John Paul II have any close living relatives, and if not, then what about distant kin, (great grand nieces; sixth cousins twice-removed, etc.)

I heard he has a maternal cousin that he kept in touch with over the years.

mmh they’ve been talking on the radio here about a distant cousin (well, it’s “petit cousin germain” in french, don’t know in english), Franciszek Wojtyla, 66years old, who’s a priest in the north of France.
