I know some people (not me) breed 'em as axolotl food, so I presume they’re not poisonous or anything. Not sure about the flavour though, and don’t really feel like finding out. I only have two at the moment, and that wouldn’t even be a snack. ---

Howdy all! Getting ready for Thanksgiving. I ordered some sliced country ham from VA and it arrived yesterday. We had ham biscuit for brekkie this morning. The ham is so good it just about melts in my mouth! I will bake a pie tomorrow as well as make lime jell-o and pineapple salad. And I’m hoping my son will come & join us! He’s finally gotten his master’s now!!!🙂 I hope everyone else is doing well and send happy thoughts to all. 🙂 ---

Good morning. Have I even made it to this MMP yet? I don’t remember. It’s been crazy here but the good news is that I graduate in 16 days. RT will not be home but as I probably (might of?) mentioned we already had our Thanksgiving dinner over the weekend when he was here. Sounds like I’ll be heading to see the HFUNs, though, tomorrow and that makes me happy. I haven’t seen them in quite awhile. We got some snow, but it doesn’t look too terrible. I’ll be heading out early, though, just in case. ---

I has a blurf, I thought it might have worn off by now but it looks like it will be staying all day. In other news, we have no snow but it’s cold and damp, and tomorrow is my doting parent’s 79th birthday. Par-tay! Actually, no party as she’s going away for a couple of days to a craft show thingie in Yaaaarkshire and won’t be home again until Sunday. I had arranged to see her on Sunday until she rang the other day and told me she’d got her diary wrong and she wouldn’t be home that day. I’m off to her neck of the woods in two weeks’ time to see a band, so I’ll meet her the following day and buy her lunch somewhere instead. I’ve posted one of her birthday gifts in with her card so I’ll take the others over later and give her something to look forward to. ---
