I just want to add a ‘Holy Crap’ to the Tyler grandson information. According to Wiki (which, of course, is _never_ wrong), Lyon Gardiner Tyler (1853-1935) has two living grandchildren, one born when he was 71 and the other when he was 75. The grandkids are now 85 and 89. So, Holy Crap. ---

Ok just one more post of amazement at the Tyler grandson thing I promise. Do you think John Tyler would believe his grandson would live to see a black president? That’s as crazy as me thinking my grandson could live to see the first space alien president. Wow. Done now. By the way, my vote is for Van Buren. ---
