Absolutely. I agree.
However, I might point out that every single thing that any modern president does is overhyped. FDR could secretly meet with Churchill outside the U.S. but a modern president’s day is scheduled and public to the last second. Every move George W. Bush makes, every decision, every word that comes out of his mouth is overhyped. Anything that anybody does in his presence is also therefore overhyped.
