_That_ sounds like a hipster? _Lots_ of traditional pizza restaurants make and hand toss their own dough. Hell, I worked at Chuck E. Cheese in college and we made our own dough every morning and that’s about as far from a hipster joint as you can get. Admittedly, we didn’t hand toss it, but that is a skill that takes a while to learn. And given how common brewpubs have become recently, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a combo brewpub pizza restaurant. ---

It’s not the non-chain pizzeria (I live in New York, chains are the exception), nor even the homebrewing (I have friends who brew; seems like fun). But the tone! “Pizza Hut, huh? Back in 2010, a Jacksonville, FL resident said he would pay 10,000 Bitcoins (worth about $25) if somebody would order two delivery pizzas for him. Somebody did, and they transferred the Bitcoins as agreed. I wish I knew what the fuck Bitcoins are. I mean, I know they’re some kind of untraceable computer currency that get minted somehow or something, but I can’t figure out how they work at all. If you gave me $6 million in Bitcoins I wouldn’t have a clue what to do with them. ---
