I forgot to mention this in my previous post… I’d like to thank **Rasa** for introducing the word ‘woo’ into my life. I say it all the time. It’s a word that can mean anything. It’s all about _inflection_, baby. You got a new car? **Woo!** 😃 You got fired? [sub]woo.[/sub] ☹ Look at the cute little puppy! Wooooo. 🙂 The puppy shit on the floor? Woo! You’re moving to the North Pole? Woo? 😕 You won a million dollars, you have a perfect job, and you’re married to a model? Woo. Woo! Rasa! (now you figure out which one I mean ;)) Rose ---

**Rasa** is the _Grande Dame_ of #straightdope. She rocks, she rules and she rolls. #la la la / I Like Rasa / Rasa’s purty / la la la# If I ever go to America, I’d make a special stop just to have a cup of tea and a cig with Rasa. Fran ---

> [@](#): > > I’ll probably only be without internet access the few days it takes to drive cross-country, so there shouldn’t be too much Rasa-withdrawal. This simply will not do! A few days?! A FEW DAYS?! I shall die waiting. Rasa, you are a nifty neato mosquito. Thanks for elevating what seemed an annoying typo to a true art form! You are the boggiest of the bog dorks! ---

Well, **saph** , if you really want to keep in touch those few days, you could get me a wireless modem and a laptop… that’ll work! That way I could chat as I drive cross country. Heehee! You’re my favoritest bog dork indeed! [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/the-rasa-appreciation-thread/72457.md?page=2)
