Just a note, I wanted to comment on the terrible tornadoes that took place in Kentucky and other states, but the soon-to-be erased thread was linked to a thread that is not working.

[https://boards.straightdope.com/t/i-hope-there-were-no-dopers-in-the-path-of-the-insane-storms-last-night/955883](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/i-hope-there-were-no-dopers-in-the-path-of-the-insane-storms-last-night/955883)

In the thread, the mod note says that it was merged to another thread that is not working, but the link sends one to the " Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private." page.

On edit: does this thread needed to be in About this message board?

I fixed the title of your thread and fixed the merged thread.
I need to see what happened to it though. Very weird.

Someone deleted the thread after the merge happened. I’m going to check the logs. Probably a mistake.

Looks like an accidental deletion. Hours after the merge.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Should be all fixed at this point.

I’m going to leave this thread here though as everything is now resolved. But yes, it should have been in ATMB, but that is fairly minor.
