It is either a huge helmet or a huge codpiece. I suppose you could also install an extra-long bayonet. ---

I _love_ that scene. Solo is almost apologetic that he hasn’t got the time to give the guy the _mano a mano_ that is his due. ---

FTR, as the person who brought up the Harrison Ford allusion … I was referring to Indiana Jones shooting the Arab (?) fellow waving the sword in _Raiders of the Lost Ark_. That’s the scene which sorta matches @Alessan’s post just above mine about Swiss Guards wielding their Halberds. Problem was I could remember the actor’s name but not immediately recall the name of his character, nor the name of the movie. But I know it was one of that franchise. Which franchise name I also could not recall. And was too lazy to research. So “Harrison Ford” is what I posted. The _Star Wars_ Greedo scene never entered my mind. Sorry to confuse. Now about that good King Charles fellow. Anyone have any new news on topic? 😁 ---
