That was certainly the intent of the drafters. But if that miscue about Charles III’s title can let DeSantis, using a DeSantis-appointed Attorney General get a DeSantis-appointed judge to invalidate the terms of Disney’s maneuver and thereby wrest control of Disney’s land back into the DeSantis-created and DeSantis-controlled fake Board of Directors, well … You can see how well that plays into the rest of DeSantis’ plans for ~~law and Order~~ personal power. As he just announced via tweet in the currently breaking Trump indictment situation; abiding by the actual law is for losers, not for me and my pals. ---

This isn’t a court circular or a manual on etiquette. Use of the correct formal title is neither here nor there; all that matters is whether the person referred to is clearly identified. Are we in any doubt at all about who “King Charles III, king of England” refers to? No. Then we’re good. ---
