We seem to be split on the interpretation of #10. Is it asking for a generic type of geographic feature (ie canyon, cape, coast, etc) or the proper name of a specific geographic feature (ie Carlsbad Caverns, Catskill Mountains, Copper Canyon, etc)?
I interpreted it to be a generic geographic feature… but it’s the Feud.
I also didn’t play, since I accidently looked at the answers.
I think that the “(e.g. mountain, desert)” rules that out. Clearly the intent was for us to choose a specific location, which might be a mountain, a desert, etc. But like you say, it’s the Feud…
I thought I was going to get to score this today, but whaddya know - I got some work at the last minute. Nothing all day, then BAM!
Tomorrow for sure. We still need one more, I think.
I would argue just the opposite–all the examples used were common nouns, not proper nouns. She couldn’t use any that started with C (duh), but I found the intent perfectly clear–a geographic description on a generic level, not a specific place name.
It’ll be interesting to see the final number on how many interpreted it each way…
