Then why have republicans not enacted laws forbidding it? (They had plenty time controlling both houses) Because they don’t care about abortions, it is too useful an “issue” to whip up support from idiots like you. Preventing abortions is about creating an environment where mothers feel safe to have a child. All things required for that safety are exactly what republicans are against. They pretend to care about abortions, v by their hypocrisy is shown by their level of care about the baby after it is born. You are falling for a very simple and obvious trick. (I want nobody to feel they need an abortion. But I definitely don’t want a women who feel she should have one not to have access to someone who can help them.) ---

Because I was not referring to them, you numnuts. Just point at what does happen if your evil absolutism prevails. Incidentally as others pointed out, no one that decides to keep a baby under hard times is forced to not do it, that is what happens when one accepts a pro-choice point of view. ---
