OK, so are you saying that the writing/editing at [msn.com](http://msn.com) is that poor? I don’t usually follow that website. Standard writing guidelines are that things are listed in order. The primary reason given in that article is that the name was too harsh-sounding. ---

Ok explain it to me in small words. Again, the quote is: Biden officials are considering naming the facilities “reception centers,” according to three people familiar with the discussions, **on the logic that the name is less harsh-sounding**" How ELSE can you explain that? ---
