I’ve got a loooooong day ahead of me tomorrow, methinks. In fact, \*\*FCD \*\*and I are taking separate vehicles to work so he isn’t stuck there with me if he doesn’t have to be. There’s a super hot project coming in from Yuma and they want it done tomorrow - as in finished tomorrow. I don’t know what the scope is, but just in case, I’m planning on a long day. rah. Supper tonight will be steak and N.O.T. tots and sugar snap peas. I’s stahvink and I’ll be starting the tots soon. Yep, excitement at FairyChatLand … 😃 ---

Evening! I am headed home! Aka back to the UK. 😃 Made it as far as Chicago so far and my flight to Heathrow is in…3 hours 15 minutes. I am just a leetle bit excited. But I have a glass of wine (technically I am on my second glass) and life is pretty good today. ---

I’m in a bit of a tizzy - my health plan has terminated their relationship with the medical group that has been providing physician care, effective immediately, apparently. I’m diabetic, have COPD and am on oxygen 24/7, plus take a whole raft of meds. Gah, what is going to happen to my meds? And I love my doctor here, but now I can’t use him any more, at least not with this health plan. And can’t switch plans until January 1st. I have not called the health plan yet, will do that first thing in the morning. This is Lovelace Health Plan, and the doctors are ABQ Health Partners, for anyone who might know what is going on. It is very worrisome to me, as I wonder about my meds and the oxygen, which all are ordered by my current doctor. I’ll try and not worry about it, but well it is in my nature, hard-wired apparently, to worry! LOL In other news there were a few balloon mis-haps today, although nothing that cause any injuries - balloons hitting light poles, getting tangled in electric wire (now that kind of thing is extremely dangerous!), so it is fortunate that none were major. The special shapes balloons are supposed to have big time shows tomorrow and Friday but that may get the kibosh because of the weather. ---

Holy cow. Since next semester will be my last before student teaching I have to take my remaining classes whenever I can fit them in. Ugh. I have to go four days a week (two of which will be during the day so I won’t be able to work as a sub) for these three classes and one of those days is Saturday. I am grateful that it isn’t the Fall semester because it would interfere with so many shows whereas in the Spring, shows don’t really get going until May. At least not anything worth worrying about. Today has been a good day. I catered a lunch and then drove to the gallery where I placed some things on consignment\* and\* she purchased $200 worth of stuff wholesale! :D:D So, uh, thanks, Dave. I wouldn’t have done it without his prodding and influence and now I really do have the money to buy a new mattress! **Herbs** , I hope you get your healthcare stuff sorted out soon. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ 'Tis 56 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 83. Should be nice. This Sattidy we’re goin’ up to Columbus, Jawja for a weddin’. The daughter of a good friend is gettin’ married so we shall go join the festivities. I booked a hotel room for the night as I figured that would be a good thing. We even have a designated driver should the need arise. Did I mention the reception will have an open bar? 😃 **Herbs** that well and truly sucks! Break time - whew!! I came in to a pile of emails and 3 drawings that were hot-hot-hot! I got them all done in 4 hours and sent copies to the designer - he’s in Yuma, so he should be at work by now. Until he gets back to me, I can go back to what I was doing yesterday, as soon as my head stops spinning. Heck of a way to start the day. On the other hand, those 4 hours sped by super fast… \*\*tarra \*\*- sucks about your insurance - I swear, those companies have a racket - especially in FL. I’ve been with BC/BS for years and even tho it’s not the cheapest, everyone takes it and after paying for 5 of my sweetie’s surgeries, I feel obligated to stay with them. Happy Thursday!!
