Dammit. With the Packers out, I really wanted the Lions to get to the Super Bowl. I love how they built their franchise, I love Campbell’s whole schtick, and their fans are overdue for success. But the turnovers and lack of defense (did you hear they had injuries?) killed them. Still, they’re in good shape and should be competitive next year. Congrats Commanders. ---

All the others doing color needed to see what the replay showed first, and _only then_ they’d point out the obvious. Madden saw it all when it happened, live and on the spot. Brady is decently good enough. I’m okay with him. But he isn’t the GOAT. Joe Montana is the GOAT. ---
