Thank you for your excellent research and an essay to be relished.

It would seem that using the sharpened edge of the tine to deftly serate the surface of the slices of mince would thus render the spoonful to be runcinated to an even greater ineffability.

Maybe a runcible spoon is a runcinate spoon. I don’t know why you’d use a runcinate spoon, though; it would go in your mouth easily enough, but would be tricky to extract.
