Rules: [ul] [li]No “uncrackable” ciphers are allowed, for example, one time pads and RSA style algorithms.[/li][li]The plaintext message must be at least ten characters long.[/li][li]The ciphertext message must contain only lower or upper case characters, digits and punctuation.
