-Anyone else notice that almost none of the women who posted ads on this thread mentioned where they live, whereas almost all the men did? Is it just a coincidence? Are women wary of indicating where they are in RL over the internet (that didn’t seem to be it)? Are they _so_ into cyberspace that they think it’s irrelevant? Or are they all such regular posters here that they assume everyone already knows where they live? (Or should the real question be why the _men_ feel such a need to specify a location? From my perspective, of course I’d say where I’m from… and of course I’d be curious in other people’s posts. If I saw a post I thought was from the true love of my life, I’d probably respond no matter where she was. But if it was someone I was potentially interested in, and I had no idea if she was on another continent…) ---

I’ve been told _many_ times that I look very much like Jim Thome, and this is usually by people from Cleveland. For the most part, I agree, except: I have less prominant ears. ---
