# The secret to homemade popsicles...why so watery?

I came in to learn about popsicles, and now I’m hankerin’ for a hunk of cheese. This is awkward.

As someone who used to brew her own beer, I recall that the fining agent Irish Moss is actually the same as Carrageenan (and wikipedia confirms this) … so try a beer making or wine making shop and ask for Irish Moss.
