A surprisingly large number of Springfield businessmen have a smarmy, Charles Bronson tone to them. I don’t know if they’re all the same person, or just amazingly similar.

“Whoa! A fat, sarcastic _Star Trek_ fan. You must be a hit with the ladies.”

Well, Springfield does have a sperm bank…

Best line of the night was in the KFC commercial. Evan “Joe Millionaire” Wallace said, “Ok, there’s 30 pieces of chicken, but I can only choose one?” And Jason Alexander said, “At least it’s not a life-changing decision!”

Okay, as soon as my roommate and I saw that commercial, we both thought the same thing: re-do the Joe Millionaire series, but with Jason Alexander as the butler. In the first episode, he’ll explain it by saying, “Well, I got into a car accident, and I didn’t have any insurance . . .”
