You can’t store the debris/waste, but I sometimes find it fun to decorate with (as in around the power plant, Burns Manor, Cletus’ house). I built a fenced area on the outskirts of town as a junkyard. ---

Nuclear waste gives a trivial amount of money and you can get burning bushes from them 3x. After that the benefit is minimal and people place them aesthetically. AFAIK you could potentially get the bushes very early or very late. ---

I wish they had something more like a vacuum or something. Hit the button and they’re all sucked in instead of the player poking around the whole town looking for that last damn gremlin/elf/whatever. ---

The bottler is like a vacuum. You use the same finger action you would use for the scratch-off ticket. Yes it’s more than just one step “press here and get all” but I think it’s a nice compromise between that and hunting around. You guys are using it like a wiper/scratch-off thing right? It doesn’t really work if you use it on specific elves. ---

The bottler is a lot less efficient than similar things in other events, but it does find them behind buildings and keeps you from tapping the stupid buildings all the time. ---

Just tap the screen anywhere and hold, preferably not on top of anything important. Then drag around and the screen will move with it. The icon is just there in case you forget but you should never have to actually click it otherwise. It’s always on. It took me awhile but now I’m at the point where my elves in storage or even available to grab are always less than the 36 (or so) that it needs to fire 3 volleys. So the speed upgrades are somewhat pointless now. ---

If you are like me, you are rapidly running out of elves to shoot. I held off shooting for about a day so that I could hoard them until I got 6 bells per elf, which I would recommend if that situation applies to you. ---

I’m in the same boat. 13 per load every 2.5 hours does NOT work well. No way I’m playing that much, even with my OCD. I’m basically limited to blasting elves every 6 hours or so. Next upgrade gets me 14 elves / shot. Thankfully I’m done in about 3K bells. I should have the Tropical Island before this weekend, and then I’m resting ! ---

I hit a milestone today: I bought all the land. The island is a water-only prize and when I was buying up the last of that, I just went on through and bought my last available land strip. I blew through my savings. I’m never going get the chocolate aspirational. Every time I get close, I spend all my money. ---
