I havenā€™t even started to read this thread yet, but Iā€™m going to skim through it soon. In the mean time, if anyone wants to add me, Iā€™m JoeyJoeyPP. Now, off to start readingā€¦then Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll have plenty of questionsā€¦like, how far can I really get without spending any real money? I have a ton of Google Play gift cards and I was about to use that to buy a boatload of donuts, but it doesnā€™t look like you can add Google Play Gift Cards to your wallet (but I need to check one more thing). It seems like without spending any real money, the game is going to take a really long time to get anywhere. Though, with enough brown houses and the ability to play at work, itā€™s possible to rack up many thousands of XP per day. Also, thereā€™s nothing I can do with eggs other then give them away, right? Thereā€™s no point in hoarding them? What Iā€™ve been doing is going to other peopleā€™s townā€™s taking their snakes and leaving at least one egg per snake (and then a whole bunch more because I have a ton of them). I just want to make sure Iā€™m not going to get to some level and wish I still had hundreds of them. ---

Just found I can use my Google Play gift cards to buy donuts. I got them for Christmas to get my Nexus tablet and then found out I couldnā€™t use them for a tablet (long story) so I have $140 worth of them. I honestly donā€™t know what else Iā€™m going to do with them\* so Iā€™m still thinking of buying the boatload of donuts (2400). OTOH, I hate to spend $100 (plus tax) on a game. \*Iā€™ve been using the Android/Google system for 5 years now, I think, and Iā€™ve bought one app ever. I donā€™t see myself burning through $140 any time soon. ---

I really wish there were more tasks that took more then 45 seconds but less then an hour. Growing ā€˜perfectionā€™ (which seems to be hit or miss) or having Ned condemn science is nice, but by the time Iā€™ve gone through and collected all the money my houses have made, theyā€™re already done. It makes it really hard to put the tablet down for a few minutes. OTOH, I hate to have them tied up for an hour (or 4/6/12 hours) when they canā€™t make as much money/XP that way. But then 10 minute or 30 minute tasks are a nice middle ground. Again, in case anyone wants to add me. Iā€™m **JoeyJoeyPP**. Someone already had my SD/GB username. Also, if anyone wants to do an egg exchange, Iā€™m up for that. ---

Iā€™ve been playing Tapped Out for about three or four weeks. I havenā€™t read the whole thread, but I just wanted to ask if people are aware of the Homer Buddha glitch? If you have two iOS devices, you can use them to decide if you want to keep your Homer Buddha prize, or get your donuts back. So far, Iā€™ve got prizes of Moleman, Prof Frinkā€™s lab, squeaky-voiced teen, and got sixty donuts twice and thirty donuts twice (as well as lots of crap like fences and dumpsters: but you can return these to get your donuts back!) You buy a Homer Buddha, and if you like the prize it gives you, tap collect and play on as normal. If you donā€™t want the prize, you can just switch off your iPad before tapping collect. Now the sneaky bit to be sure you get your donuts back. Log in to your account with a different device. It will tell you that your other device hasnā€™t saved your Springfield, and ask if you want to continue, warning that data may be lost. Tap continue, and you continue on with your original number of donuts that you had before you bought the Homer Buddha. BTW, my user name is Kevin8270. ---
