There are quite a few folks on that list that aren’t playing any more. Apparently the addiction never took full hold, and they were able to break free and resume their normal lives. Any folks in my friends list that haven’t logged in for more than 2-3 weeks have been deleted to make room for those who are actively playing. Sorry ! ---

I have Homer running four different quest lines right now. I don’t think they thought this out very well. I also wish more characters had GOO tasks. I dumped a bunch on non-GOO characters in Krustyland so that I can finally build the Tooth Chipper. Then that will be done. I was saving up my money to build the Wig Sphere, but then they announced the Halloween update. So far, I haven’t really had to spend any money. Do you think it’s safe to build my precious Sun Sphere? I have over a million banked. On the other hand, the prices usually decrease with the next level update, maybe I will just wait… ---

There was nothing going on for a while then they had this smoking ban one and Halloween practically at the same time. I think the smoking ban thing started about a week before Halloween and I rushed through it as fast as I could, but I’m still stuck on it. They should have held off on it until next month or not have involved Homer in it so heavily. I just let Homer do the 9th part of the smoking one. I looked it up and there are 11 parts. I think I might just finish it and be done. It drives me crazy to have open tasks pending. The 16 hour tasks may as well be 24 hour tasks. They end at awkward times every other day, so it really ends up being a once a day thing. I agree that there should be shorter GOO tasks. I don’t know if they are worth it, but it is effectively passive GOO gathering, so I do it. There are so few with the tasks that I figure I might as well. Some of the animations are really well done. I am disappointed that Snorky functions more like a decoration than a character. I think he had good task potential. This is the first update since Whacking Day that I have been tempted to spend some money on donuts. There are some really neat things that I covet. ---

I’ve been getting more then 5 ghosts lately. I was pretty sure that it had happened a few times but then someone mentioned it up thread so now I know it’s not just in my head. What I’ve been doing is get the first four then go find a place where there’s two or three of them so I can tap them quickly. Also, one time I actually saw the counter go to [-1/5](http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f44/JoeyJoeyPP/Screenshot_2013-10-08-23-16-58_zps614aff5a.png). And I’m going to have to go through and add the rest of you. I’ve been putting it off because it takes so long to get through the 22(?) friends that I have right now, especially during Halloween when I have to wait for the GOO to collect before moving on. I’m guessing that’s at least a 15 minute project, but today I noticed that I collected something like 200 GOO from those people. I don’t know how, but when I started I had less then three thousand (because I didn’t have the UFO) and when I was done I was at 3200. So I’ll add everyone else and just get through as many of you as I can each night. Also, here’s a tip I found for myself. I try to set gremlins out as late as I can. No point in putting them in someone’s Springfield if you know they’re going to just click on them in 10 seconds. For example, I know one of my co-workers goes to bed at 10pm so I can go to his town at 11pm and set 10 gremlins out and they’ll have the run of the town until he wakes up in the morning. That’s a lot of GOO. He also read somewhere (and I haven’t verified it myself) that they don’t ‘take’ GOO from the city you leave it in, but you get X (4?) GOO per hour that they are in a city. On the one hand, it doesn’t make sense, because then there’s no point it cleaning them up, I might as well let them keep running around, OTOH, I’ve never seen them ‘take’ GOO or hurt me in any way.
