Yep - risotto. That whole episode cracked me up. “Dyarrr, I understand. It’s tough to let go. Tel me this then: have ya got any spare change?” Also the cute, cuddly lobster when Homer looks at it vs. the viscious, evil lobster when Marge looks at it… ---

Yeah, that’s one of my favorites too. The ending, where Homer is sobbing wildly while stuffing his face with his dead pet cracks me up. “Um, dad…are you gonna eat that whole thing yourself?” “_sniff_Uh huh. Pinchy would have wanted it that way.” ---

I don’t remember Barney’s memory…but… The secret of Red Tick Beer is that it’s made from real ticks- they have dogs swimming about while it’s being made. And I believe Homer’s vision of the American Dream was working at Barney’s uncle’s bowling alley, instead of the vicious, evil corporate hell of Mr. Burns’s nuclear power plant. My question: What country is Bart representing in the Model UN episode? ---
