You might want to try and learn a little bit about copyright law before you try and use “I saw no copyright” as a defense. “The use of a copyright notice is no longer required under U. S. law” as of March 31, 1989. “Notice was required under the 1976 Copyright Act. This requirement was eliminated when the United States adhered to the Berne Convention, effective March 1, 1989.” You didn’t write it, you didn’t get permission from the creator to use it, so you have no rights to use it. Wally, Ed and the rest… If this is the same guy from that other message board (and I find it incredibly difficult to believe that two different idiots would choose the same bizarre alias), you’re not going to be able to reason with him at all. I’ve lurked there for over a year, and he’s a Grade A Jackass. So do what you have to do with Angelfire, that’s the only way it’ll be taken down. ---

Wally has groupies, I guess it was only a matter of time before he had a strange, stalker thing going on. At this rate, Wally is about 2 months from a segment on Entertainment Tonight, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and 1 year away from a People “Where are they Now?” cover story. * * * We went right out there and refused to do accoustical versions of the electrical songs that we had refused to record in the first place. ---
