Anyone want to explain why Hines Ward feels the need to question the desire of his quarterback to play while injured when it wasn’t even the QB’s decision? ---

Special Teams ace Anthony Madison is a Steeler again today after being released by the Colts. The team released Corey Ivy to make room for him. I like this signing a lot. The team has to win out the schedule to make the playoffs I think. The way they have been playing they don’t deserve to make it and can’t be expected to perform well if they do but there’s time to turn things around. This is a good move in that direction. ---

This just in. Hines Ward’s comments questioning Big Ben’s decision not to lie to doctors so he could play wasn’t really Ward’s fault, it was all Rodney Harrison’s fault. Glad good ole Hines could clear that up for us. ---

They haven’t discussed Troy’s knee officially much but supposedly he’s doing quite well on it but they’re holding him out of a lot of practice anyway. Sounds like they want him 100% for the stretch run but feel they can beat Oakland without him. ---

Another 4th quarter lead lost. It’s so easy to blame the defense, but today, the O only scored 10 points through 3 quarters. ---

So they make a big play as soon as I post that. I should jinx them more often. Oh, and Mendenhall, in spite of the fact that he just scored with a spin move, is going to get killed if he keeps doing that. Someone is going to absolutely level him right in the spinal column one of these days. He needs to stop doing that so regularly.
