So do we require those employers using “illegal aliens” to employ State Aid recipients instead? Do we then require employers to pay the State Aid recipients the same amount that they would have received otherwise?
Would the employers be able to pay that much?

24 million have a severe disability assuming 100% honesty.
49 million have some disability. We are a wrecked up nation it seems.
68 million receiving some form of welfare.
Even if 100% of the severely disabled were on welfare that still leaves 44 million difference. 20 million difference if we count some form of disability.
