Yesterday I was in the supermarket and a couple was having a very heated argument. I was standing there dreading having to intervene if it looked like coming to blows. Out of the ceiling speakers came:

_My name is Luka  
I live on the second floor_

Maybe it calmed them down but nothing happened.

Ever had one as appropriate?
