The best blow job I ever received was one the standing variety. I think I would have sat/layed down if I had been given a chance. The standing blowjob certainly does a number on my knees, I would typically have to lean an arm against a wall or some other static non-blow-job-receiving object for at least part of the time (mostly toward the end of the 'job). The shower is a nice place to get one, easy clean up and all, but has the added hazard of poor footing. Standing BJ? Been there, done that. Not as good as him sittng in a chair, or tied to the bed, IMHO. 😃 The whole curvature of the penis thing doesn’t matter much, like someone else said before, not all penises curve in a bad way. Sometimes you have to lean up on your knees, and in a little, but all good things require at least some work.
