The state of Illinois still thinks the economy is good. There in debt up to there ass and still they do business as usual. They are all crooks no wonder the new governors mansion is the Federal Penitentiary. The city of Chicago runs the state what Chicago wants they get. To dam expensive to live there they charge you for everything i"m surprised they don’t charge you for breathing there air. ---
