I noticed that quite a few people here have animal based avatars or usernames and I’m curious how many there are of each species and what is the most popular, I suspect dogs. They’re very suspicious. Anyway. First fox reporting _raises her paw_ Seriously though I don’t believe I’ve seen any others with arctic-fox avatars. ---

> [@Celtic\_Kitsune](#): > > and I’m curious how many there are of each species and what is the most popular, We recently had a thread on a closely- related topic which caused about a dozen long-time posters to change their various avatars to pictures of their cats. And only cats. So whatever you find the score is now, know that the cats recently ran up their score by roughly a dozen. ---

@Celtic_Kitsune that’s a gorgeous arctic fox! When the cat avatar thread came around, I changed my avatar from a beautiful but generic landscape to my handsome ginger tabby. I keep thinking that I need to change to a picture where he shows more cattitude but haven’t gotten to it. @SoToasty sorry about your recent loss. Years ago, when my dog died, it took me quite a while to get used to not seeing her in her favorite spots around the house. Maybe someone should start a dog avatar thread?
