# The Strangest Thread You've Seen On The Dope?

I will never forget “Woman gets a bloody fortune for emotional distress after her cat gets mauled by a dog” in which **PinkMaribou** was taken to task (at great length) over her (his?) claim that it was reasonable to kill a person in defence of a pet:

Well I’ll be damned. I remember that OP, and losing interest in it very quickly. I wish someone would have told me there’d be wonderful living woman sperm later on.
