Howdy Y’all! Deheathenization and N.O.L. went well. Lot of folks at the church house this mornin’ which was kind of surprisin’ bein’ as the Sunday after Easter is by tradition a “Low Sunday.” Anywho there was food galore and people to eat it all up so WIN-WIN! **Spidey** somebody has a good sense of humor. Blurf. The wind blew the door open last night and I saw a lot of Facebook posts from the county that we should call the 'lectric company and not 911 when the power goes out. :eek: Then, when I went to Weight Watchers this morning, I froze my butt off. (Sadly, not before I stepped on the scale. Hurmph.) A trip to the supermarket to get two kinds of sausage (one for brunch and the other for dinner) and sausage fixin’s (peppers and onions), and some other stuff. Brunch was breffest sammiches made with light English muffin, sausage, egg, and cheese and berries. OM NOM NOM! I’m now firmly ensconced on the sofa under three blankets and one cat. Got a busy week coming. I see the foot and ankle orthopod tomorrow to get my MRI results and figure out what we’re going to do. Because that little three-inch tendon is causing a lot of trouble. Then it’s off to irk. ---

I should go to sleep… don’t wanna… Don’t wanna go to work tomorrow either… I’d ask if it’s weird to not want to go to work when the biggest problem is that you won’t have shite to do all day and the working conditions mean you’re also not supposed to read, surf or suchlike, but given **Moooom** ’s recent ex-job, I reckon it may be weird but I’m not very original. ---

**Nava** (we just gotta get you a nick!) I want to go to bed now but it’s only 6:20 PM. I just want to crawl under the covers. However, I do not want to get up at two AM so suffer I must. Woe! Woe is me! In other news I roasted up some beast tips in the slow cooker. They are now coolin’ down so’s I can refrigerate 'em. They are for tomorrow night’s dindin, beast tips 'n rice. Vegetative matter TBD. ---

The run this morning was **brutal**! I have never before tried to run into/thru a brick wall, but it sure felt like I was trying to do just that this morning. I took my gloves off on the way back & put them in my back pocket. 1½ miles later I realized they were no longer in my back pocket, but they had fallen out far enough back that I could not see them. ☹ Luckily, one of my clubmates found them & they were hand delivered back to me. 🙂 I had a lot on the to-do list for this afternoon, but it was almost all scrapped for a nap. I think I can still get it all done…iffn I stay up 'til 3 or 4am. ---

We went to DQ for an afternoon snack, so we didn’t want supper. I just ate some 'nanner bread. That pretty much wraps up my weekend. Crappy weather, but a nice couple of days all the same. ---

So it’s Sunday eve, & apparently most of you still read these posts. I’ve just _drank_ one of the best [S’Mores](http://www.saranac.com/our-beers/seasonal-beers/spring/?age-verified=6f4f7321e4) I’ve ever had! 🙂 The only thing it’s missing is the wonnerful smell of burning wood & gooey, sticky marshmallowey fingers.
