Are you saying you would not want states in the US to join Canada or that such a notion is impossible.

Also, since Canada is a vassal state of the US, our problems _are_ your problems. (I have also heard that there are many, many Canadians more interested in US politics than their own. My friend cites his Trumper Canadian f-i-l as such a person.)
