Zachary David Alexander “Zac” Efron is an American actor and singer. He is currently one of the hottest young talents in Hollywood, despite having the most alarmingly enormous head imaginable. Check out the April 2009 cover of [GQ magazine](http://hollywooddame.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/zac-efron-gq-cover.jpg). (CAUTION: HUGE HEAD) I am not generally one to call attention to the physical abnormalities of another person, but seriously: what the hell? How can that poor kid even stand up, let alone sing and dance as his Wikipedia article claims? He looks like a human PEZ dispenser. And then his hair stylist goes and gives his head even more volume. That’s just cruel. (I suppose the rest of his body could be abnormally tiny instead. I’m honestly not sure which would be worse.) There is seemingly no mention of this ailment in his biography, so is this an April Fool prank of some kind? Does GQ always use the Goofy Lens to photograph the person on the cover of the April issue? I sure hope so. ---

There is a lot of hair on that head (and it also appears to be coming to life), but I don’t really see anything in terms of unusual head size- at least compared to say, [Mr. Met](http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/fan_forum/mrmet.jsp). ---

You know, that looks kind of like it’s been photoshopped or taken with a weird lens or something. He was on SNL the other night and didn’t look so freakish. He’s got [biggish movie star head](http://www.disneydreaming.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/zac-efron-hairspray.jpg) as many stars do, but nothing weird. That pic is distorted somehow. Possibly the angle of the body. ---

Just a weird lens, I’d say. I saw him in _Hairspray_ and a bit of _High School Musical 2_, and his head wasn’t outsize. ---

I sent a link off to my current favorite blog, [Photoshop Disasters](http://photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com/). I hope to see it there soon. My guess is they took the head from another picture, never resized it, and just never took a good, long look at it when they were done.
