I didn’t find it too hard to understand. You just have to start in the middle. Expression (E) = certain opinions should be suppressed. Opinion (O) = (E) needs to be restricted. Belief (B) = (O) needs to be suppressed. Delusion (D) = (B) ought to be kept to oneself. Clearly the OP is fed up with (D), and I can see why. ---
