There’s this riddle that I’m trying to find the answer to… does does anyone here know it?

Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day.

I looked in the dictionary but the one I looked at only lists two words that end in ‘gry.’

Ah, you’ve got one of those rare Merriam-Webster dictionaries that lists all the words by their last syllable.

Where can I get one of those?

The Perfect Master speaks:

[What are the three English words ending in -gry?](http://www.straightdope.com/classics/a3_251.html)

I’m going to do you a favor and close this. It’s been covered by Cecil, and responses to this particular question, well, they get heated very fast.
