Threads in the OP- no, I never look in those. Or in the kitten threads, sequential threads, anything dealing with Aragorn/The Ring/Return of the King/that whole subject, anything with “(long)” in the title, or anything written by certain individuals who shall remain nameless.

Me too. I don’t even mouse-over.
I feel really bad because I really really mourn for the loss of pets, and I know how awful the OPs must feel. But I just can’t handle it. I read a post on another board about someone’s dog dying, like 7 years ago when my dog was a pup, and I couldn’t sleep for a week.
For anyone who ever posts about losing a pet - I’m so sorry for your loss. I just can’t tell you.

I know what it is, but I don’t go into those threads either, because I can’t imagine how a stick-figure comic strip about role playing games warrants such obsession, and I don’t want to dip my toe in to find out in case I get drawn in too.
