The other day I was discussing with this (supposedly intelligent) guy at work the interesting point: could a seaplane take off if it was sitting on a fast-flowing river? I just couldn’t get him to admit to the correct answer, which made me so angry!
I’ve got another one for youse - Calgry. Well, we spell it with an “a” in there, but it’s pronounced “Calgry”, so I vote that it still counts!
Straight Dogry - a common phrase used to define threads that continue to beat dead horses into the ground.
That will be very useful around here. The only thing we like better than nitpicking is the beating of dead horses.
