Exactly. And that’s true for pretty much all the diet advice anyone gives. There are people who do well on a high fat diet, on a low fat diet, eating lots of tomatoes, avoiding tomatoes… heck, i have a friend who has a severe fodmap sensitivity who is now eating lots of highly processed carbs that would destroy a diabetic. But he is now healthier for it.

We all have slightly different metabolic issues, and humans are omnivores, most of us have a very wide range of good choices we could make.

And now we have another item on the list of things that differentiate Tom Brady from me.

You’ll have to pry my garden fresh tomato from my cold, dead hands.

Looks like Tom loosened up on the ‘no alcohol’ part of his TB12 diet just a little bit yesterday. Guess ya can’t blame him too much…

Dude just won his seventh Superbowl.

If that’s not a valid excuse to party until drunk I don’t know what is.

As long as he’s not attempting to drive a vehicle or operate heavy machinery… go for it Tom, you deserve a little celebrating.

Ya’ll know he’ll go back to his training schedule as soon as the hangover wears off.
